Share carefully
Use only the sharing or access controls currently displayed for the page, database, file, or recording you want to share. Review the selected account, workspace, recipient, and permission before confirming. Do not assume that a link is private unless the interface explicitly says so.
Remove secrets, private contact details, and content you do not have permission to distribute before sharing or exporting.
Export a page or database
Open the page menu and choose Export:
- Pages support Markdown, HTML, and PDF.
- Databases support Markdown, HTML, PDF, and CSV.
CSV exports database rows and properties. It is not offered for ordinary pages. If an export fails, keep the page open, retry once, and use the actionable error shown by SoLoRecall.
